Frequently asked

Questions we hear most.

How often should I visit the dentist?
Every six months for a routine checkup and cleaning. Regular visits help us spot early signs of cavities, gum disease and other concerns before they grow.
What causes tooth sensitivity?
Sensitivity often comes from worn enamel or gum recession exposing the dentin layer. Decay, cracked teeth or recent whitening can also play a role.
How can I prevent cavities?
Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss once a day, keep sugar low and book regular cleanings. Small daily habits do most of the work.
Are dental X rays safe?
Yes. Modern digital X rays use very low radiation and are safe for both adults and children.
What should I do if I have a toothache?
Rinse with warm salt water, take over the counter pain relief and call us right away. Toothaches can signal infection that needs prompt attention.
Do you accept new patients and walk ins?
Absolutely. We welcome new patients, walk ins, family visits and same day emergencies. Just call ahead so we can prep a chair.
